>Hello everyone =) I’m going on vacation this week. I guess I won’t be answer your comments till next Sunday, but I will try to check my e-mail regularly, so if you have any urgent matter to discuss, please contact me via e-mail =) (See sidebar.)
I have one last manicure to show before I leave. It’s Sinful Daddy’s Girl layered over some purple polish, because Daddy’s Girl is sheer on its own.
Daddy’s Girl is a gorgeous polish, it has a dark purple base with pink & gold flecks. Think Zoya Julieanne, I think they’re really close. OK, they have nothing to do with each other! =D
Thank you, Liz, for helping me get my hands on this beauty! =D

Love!
Have a great week, everyone, and I wish an early Merry Eid to my Muslim friends =)

Herkese merhaba =) Bu hafta tatilde olacağım, bu yüzden yorumlarınıza cevap veremeyebilirim. Ama e-postamı düzenli kontrol etmeye çalışacağım, eğer acil birşey olursa e-posta yoluyla bana ulaşabilirsiniz. =)

>I would have really loved this manicure if it turned out as I expected. But the pastel purple special polish doesn’t really behave as it should after applying topcoat, it sort of fades away. It gives a nice look that way, too, but it doesn’t photograph well.
I started with 2 coats of Sinful Let’s Talk, then sponged China Glaze Frostbite from the halfway up, and some shimmery navy polish on the tips. After adding topcoat, I stamped the Hibiscus from m26 using pastel purple, but like I said, it faded away, giving a translucent feeling. That’s why I’m calling this manicure “Ultraviolet”.

I was going to do a tutorial on my other hand, if the pastel polish didn’t behave like that. I’m going to stamp with white on top next time, because I absolutely love this color combo and will repeat on longer nails =)

>I’m not very pleased with how this manicure turned out, but I decided to post it anyway. I used Sinful Gorgeous as a base, which is a lovely aqua metallic. As you know, metallics show brushstrokes, and that was the case with this one, too. Gorgeous is said to be a dupe for $OPI Mermaid To Order and Sally Hansen Lagoon, but I don’t have either of them to compare.
I have some complaints about the Sinful formula. It just doesn’t dry. If I accidentaly touch the surface during application (at a time when it should have been moderately dry), it lifts completely off instead of getting wrinkly and rough, removing the base coat along with it. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re hurrying to go out like I did. Oh, and the application was not impressive at all. I love the color, though, and it makes up for the bad aspects.
For the stamping, I made some pink dots on the nails, and then stamped on top of them using special polish in black and plate m76. Looks kinda pretty =)

I want to do some Tartofraises style nail art. Her last manicure blew my mind!

>Hey guys, just realized I haven’t updated with a mani picture in two weeks. I had a rough time with my personal life, which affected my blogging. You’re probably familiar with the feeling: when suddenly something goes terribly wrong, you don’t have the power to do anything anymore. Maybe things like work and school or fulfilling basic needs are still attended, but polishing the nails becomes a burden. But things look better now, and I can see a patch of blue sky again =)
Anyway, here are the two green manicures I’ve been wearing in the last week.
First, China Glaze In The Lime Light:

This one was taken under a blue LED. Similar to black light, it shows the neon quality.
This polish is similar to Kiwi Coolada, except it’s more blue-ish and has slight shimmer to it.
Then I have Sinful Innocent:

It fulfills my Shrek-green lemming =) It’s really on the gloopy side, but I used a few drops of thinner to make the application easier.
I hope to keep up with frequent posting again =) Love you, guys!

İlki China Glaze In The Lime Light, neon yeşil bir oje.
Sizleri seviyorum =)

>Hey guys =) I’m sorry for the lack of posting in the last days, I had a difficult time… But I’m feeling better now. On top of that, I broke both index nails, and therefore I shortened all my nails again. I’m out of topcoat, and I’m really broke for the rest of April, therefore my nails are bare. The lovely Golden Rose Quick Dry topcoat is out of stock, and they don’t know when they will have it back in stock again. Grr! I frankened myself a topcoat using some old, gloopy Sally Hansen Insta-Dri, a new, not-so-quick drying local brand topcoat, and some leftover Golden Rose. The result was not bad at all! At least it can hold until I get my hands on some decent topcoat =)
By the way, this week I got some kick-ass package from the States =) With the help of my dear friend, Elizabeth, I was able to get my first Zoya’s, Nubar and some other stuff I’ve been lemming for, plus some surprises! Yay! I’ll shut up now and let the pictures talk:

L-R: Sally Hansen Lickety-Split Lime (Yaaay, Shrek Green! Finally!), Nubar Indigo Illusion, Nubar Peacock Feathers, Sinful Daddy’s Girl

L-R: Zoya Envy, Ki, Adina, Zara, which I all ordered when there was a Buy 2 – Get 2 Free! sale going on.

L-R: Zoya Ivanka (Oh. My. God), Charla (*swooon*), Mimi (*thud*), and finally Alegra, which was a surprise from Liz! ❤

Finally, the extras! L-R: Claire’s Mood Polish in calm/wild, OPI Jade Is The New Black, OPI Suzi Says Feng-Shui, which is the tiniest polish I’ve ever seen; Sinful Gorgeous and Innocent (Yaaaay, another Shrek Green!!!)
I’m so happy for all those polishes, especially Zoya’s. The Sparkle collection is one of the best collections I’ve ever came across, unbelivably beautiful in the bottles and also on the nails. I’m so happy I’ve almost fulfilled all my wishes in the past months =D Thank you so much, Elizabeth, you rock my little polish world!
PS: Did you notice how almost all polishes are either green or purple? =D

>Hey everyone =) Today I decided to put on Sinful Colors Let’s Talk, which Elizabeth sent me. I’ve never seen anything like this color. Think about how vivid China Glaze Frostbite in real life looks, and make it purple. There you have Let’s Talk. My camera went crazy trying to capture the color. As always, purple looks blue on the pictures, I wish I could capture how awesome it actually looks.

I own too many untried plates to leave this mani alone =) Here is Let’s Talk stamped with m44 and silver polish:

I’m thinking about doing a gradient mani with Let’s Talk and China Glaze Frostbite someday.
